An exciting opportunity has arisen with Aberdeenshire HSCP for the above team lead posts.
In response to changes to the GMS Contract, Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) services are being developed to deliver on a range of services that will support and be available for use by both primary and secondary care.
The Community Treatment and Care Service Team will work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals/agencies both within Primary and Secondary care including general practices and members of other nursing teams.
The post holder will provide the professional leadership, management, coordination and governance of the CTAC service within Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) within available resources. The post holder will work with the Operational Lead Nurse and appropriate others in the enhancement and strategic development of the service based on the needs of the community. They will work collaboratively with General Practice and the wider organisation which will include statutory and non-statutory agencies.
The post holder must be a degree level registered nurse and must be able to work across many disciplines and teams and have a proven track record of service development and leading a team.
