Full time (37.5 hours/week)
Fixed term contract/secondment until March 2023

Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s ihub is seeking to recruit an Improvement Advisor to provide support for mental health services to redesign and continually improve. With an extensive range of improvement support programmes and collaborations with local, national and international networks, we aspire to be at the leading edge of both thinking and practice in quality improvement.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and positive individual to join the Mental Health Improvement Portfolio. The Mental Health Improvement Advisor will lead scoping, design and delivery of mental health programmes.
We are looking for an experienced and credible Improvement Advisor, who is able to demonstrate experience of applying a range of improvement methods within different contexts and a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders. Ideally the individual will have experience of access improvement work, although this is not essential.
