As a Public Health Research Officer based within Ailsa Hospital, Ayr you will join a team of Public Health researchers who provide the core Public Health research, surveillance and intelligence function in Ayrshire and Arran, aligned with locally agreed public health priorities which includes the response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
You will plan, coordinate, manage and support a range of public health research and evaluation projects, and disseminate accessible, evidence-based findings, with the aim of developing health services and improving the health of the local population.
You will work with a range of partners both locally within NHS Ayrshire & Arran and across the three Ayrshire local authority/HSCP areas; and nationally through key working groups and partnerships.
Car owner/driver is essential.
