OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- BAND 6

Salary Scale:  £31,800 - £39,169 per annum

Do you love the thought of working in a rural, picturesque part of Scotland? Do you have experience in rehabilitation and keen to help people improve activities that are important to them? We offer the opportunity to work with people in their own home and local community hospital environments We work closely with physiotherapy, social care staff, as well as our colleagues in medicine for the elderly and general practice. The caseload is a mix of older adults, physical disability, palliative and long-term conditions. The post holder will work within the community rehabilitation team providing both rehabilitation and provision of equipment and adaptations.

The Occupational Therapy Service in Angus offers support, supervision and learning opportunities.

You should possess a BSc/Dip COT in Occupational Therapy, have previous post graduate experience, be registered with HCPC and must produce evidence of continuing personal development. A requirement of this post is a willingness to travel across the locality.
