Salary Scale:  Band 8B £53,291 - £62,259 per annum


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to undertake the role of Service Manager (Primary Care) for Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership.


With a focus on Primary Care, you will take a lead role in developing the P&K Primary Care Strategy and will manage the HSCP Primary Care Support Team.  You will work closely with the HSCP Associate Medical Director in ensuring that the strategic intentions for Primary Care are effectively driven forward through a Programme of Care approach.


If you have significant senior management and leadership experience, preferably within a Primary Care environment, and hold skills that include transforming and improving services, strong strategic planning & performance management skills and a track record on achieving goals through strong partnership working we would welcome your application.
