We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to support the planning, development and implementation of new integrated mental well-being teams for primary care services in Glasgow.


This role will include:


  • Project managing the pilot phase for three of these teams, one per locality
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the pilots, including making use of an action research approach
  • Planning and project managing the scaling up of the teams on a phased basis so that every practice in Glasgow City is covered by a team.
  • Working with colleagues to develop the financial and workforce plans for the teams to make sure that they remain sustainable in the long term.


The post holder will liaise with NHS, Council and third sector organisations across Glasgow and manage the multi-disciplinary interface between all stakeholders, including operational management, clinical management, service users, staffs and partner organisations.  You will be an excellent communicator with project management experience.

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of prioritisation, organisation and communication skills.  The post holder is expected to work on their own initiative unsupervised, using problem solving skills and judgement.

The post is fixed term for a period of 2 years.


The shift pattern is; generally 8.45 to 16.45 Mon to Fri but may need to work evenings and weekends on some occasions
