We have an exciting opportunity for highly skilled ASP.NET/C# Web Developers to join our team. You will play a key, senior role in projects which will transform the way digital services are delivered within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde using cutting edge technologies.
It is vital that you are a confident developer with a real passion for producing top quality web applications on a large scale in an agile environment.
You will be asked to provide examples of code at interview. In addition to strong technical skills, you must be able to work well as part of a team, feel confident interacting with people and can work using your initiative.
Essential skills and experience will include but are not restricted to:
- Significant experience developing web applications on a large scale, using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework/NHibernate, SQL Server etc.)
- Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Web services, especially Web API
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile / DevOps environment.
Desirable skills and experience will include:
- Continuous Integration and Deployment using Azure DevOps or similar
Cloud technologies such as MS Azure
These posts are based at Smithhills, Paisley and the shift pattern is Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
