There is an exciting opportunity in Midlothian for the right candidate to take on the role of Assistant Programme Manager. This post sits within the HSCP’s Primary Care and Older Peoples’ Care team and offers a great opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Your role:
- Support the implementation of all aspects of the Midlothian Primary Care Improvement Plan
- Support significant areas of work using a wide range of management and improvement tools
- Contribute to the development and design of services, involving operational management, health and social care professionals, patients and public, as well as all partner agencies within the community planning partnerships, independent and voluntary sector;
The post is based in Fairfield House in Dalkeith, Midlothian and reports to the Strategic Programme Manager.
