An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Primary Care Vaccination Service for an experienced Secretary to join our developing team.

We are looking for an individual who has proven secretarial and administrative experience; possesses excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills and is a competent typist with a robust working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  A knowledge of NHS systems is essential, ie, Healthroster and PECOS.  Knowledge of NHS Waiting Times is desirable; knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be a flexible and motivated individual with the ability to work on their own and with others.
