NHS Lothian Supplementary Staffing Service are currently recruiting, Band 2 COVID-19 Vaccination Centre Receptionists, on a Fixed Term basis
We presently require additional receptionists for the COVID-19 mass Vaccination Centres across Lothian: including EICC, RHS Ingliston, RBS South Gyle, Pyramids Bathgate and Gorebridge Centre.
The roles involves greeting patients on arrival, registering their details and directing them for their vaccination. Please see the relevant Job Description and Person Specification below.
The successful Candidates will provide cover Monday-Sunday from 08.00-19.00 (these times might change to an earlier start or later finish). There are a number of different shifts including: 08.00-19.00, 08.00-16.00, 08.00-12.00, 11.00-19.00 and 15.00-19.00.
The Supplementary Staffing Service enables flexible working and shifts are available to book online or by phone. We are looking for individuals who are committed to the shifts booked, can provide an exceptional level of patient care and consistently demonstrate and deliver the values of the organisation.
Work will be allocated on an "as and when required basis". Within the Supplementary Staffing office system, there are no guarantees of a fixed amount of hours each week as this is a demand led service. Supplementary Staffing workers can submit their availability in advance and shifts can be booked either online or by telephoning the Supplementary Staffing office.
