An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Dumfries and Galloway Women, Children and Sexual Health Services Directorate for a Performance and Improvement Manager.

This role will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with Service leads, to establish, manage and coordinate the delivery of a programme of service redesign and improvement that meets strategic objectives and supports the achievement of performance standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to work with teams across the Directorate to develop a culture of improved performance management. The post holder will have a patient focussed approach and will possess knowledge and skills in change management techniques and have a proven record in implementing successful change.
