A permanent vacancy has arisen for a Registered General Nurse, Band 5. The post is based in the GP Unit, caring for a wide variety of patients.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is forward thinking, enthusiastic and with excellent communication skills to join the team within our 17-bedded ward. The successful applicant will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote and deliver high quality evidence based care and demonstrate the ability to assess, plan and implement care for our patient group, including older people with mental health needs.
This is an exciting opportunity, as we implement new models of care within the GP unit that will support the delivery of high quality; person centred safe and effective patient care. The post will also support the delivery of the National Dementia Strategy in its local context.
Blairgowrie is a developing Perthshire town surrounded by beautiful scenery and lots of things to see and do. It is perfect for hill walking, fishing, golf with all the facilities you would expect on your doorstep.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register
