Midlothian HSCP is seeking a highly experienced practitioner/project leader to develop and implement the staff wellbeing project for the partnership. The project seeks to strengthen existing local arrangements for staff wellbeing and also to provide support and practical advice for staff especially in relation to the impact from the pandemic. Developing a range of forums to support staff wellbeing to enable staff to stay well at work along with forging effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Experience of project management ideally within a health and/or social care setting to deliver improved outcomes for the employees of the partnership. Knowledge of relevant practice including legal responsibilities, in relation to health and social care partnerships.

You must have a Diploma / Degree / Masters in Business, Health or Social Care Professions

The post is available for 12 months initially and is part time.
