As a Data Analyst working within the Pharmacy Department in NHS Borders, you will be working alongside an established team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Administrators as well as the wider Nursing & Medical staff of the Board. Your role will be to analyse, manipulate and develop all available information sources to deliver prescribing intelligence in support of the operational, planning and performance monitoring requirements of Primary & Secondary Care across NHS Borders.
You will be able to evidence experience of Information Analysis in a Health & Social Care environment as well as have experience working within an NHS environment. You will possess specialist knowledge of IT and information analysis skills with experience of the application of NHS data definitions, information standards and policies. Good time management and accuracy skills are also essential.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
