Secondment/ Fixed term for 6 months due to service review
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
A temporary position has become available to work within Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership to support the continued development of integrated community health and care services and to promote the integrated approach to the planning of HSCP functions and services at both strategic and locality levels – across the HSCP, Clackmannanshire Council, Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley and wider community planning partners.
The postholder will be expected to contribute to the support and assurance to the Integration Joint Board on meeting statutory planning and reporting requirements. And to manage, lead, develop and promote local policy and solutions to ensure the effective implementation of local and national polices within the HSCP and its partners.
The postholder will be expected to develop and deliver local policy and strategies in line with legislative requirements across community health and social care on behalf of the HSCP and its partners. And to consider and take account of the financial implications of relevant work streams and initiatives across the HSCP and its partners.
To develop and promote opportunities for the promotion of success within the HSCP and for the development of innovative policy, providing guidance and advice to the HSCP Integrated Joint Board, Clackmannanshire Council, Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley and their relevant committees
