We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the ENT/Head & Neck Department based at Raigmore Hospital.

You should have proven experience with working in an office background, possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.  You should be a competent audio typist with medical terminology an advantage.

The candidate must have the ability to work within a team environment as well as individually and will be required to act using their own initiative when dealing with day to day issues. 

It is essential that candidates are experienced and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

The ability to work well under pressure and the flexible approach to the needs of the Service are essential. Flexible working is supported by the Service
