We are now looking to appoint a Cancer Waiting Times Service Manager who will have a leading role in the management of cancer waiting times performance across NHS GGC. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with clinical and managerial colleagues across Sectors and Directorates to support continuous improvement in cancer pathways.   You will demonstrate the ability to operate efficiently with a high level of autonomy and will work in a self-directed way within the parameters set for the post.  Proven ability to prioritise workload and ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service is a key component of the role.  Educated to degree level and or demonstrating the equivalent skill set gained through experience. You will evidence significant senior management experience preferably with recent experience of cancer services and evidence of effectively implementing organisational change.   The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
