An exciting opportunity is available for a Band 8a Clinical Manager to join Connect ED (Eating Disorder Service based in CAMHS), You will work to lead the Connect Ed team and to support Tier 3 teams in their response to young people presenting with an eating disorder.  You should have experience in the field of eating disorders within CAMHS and demonstrate clinical leadership skills.  You will have excellent skills in building relationships, influencing others and maintain collaborative relationships.  You will have within the job role key managerial and leadership responsibilities and so should be well organised, able to assimilate complex information and be flexible in your approach to what works when support young people and their families.  In developing a service you should come with new ideas about how to continue developing digital and stepped down responses.

You are required to be HCPC registered or other professional registration.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and enjoys being part of an enthusiastic teamYou must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills when working with children, young people and their carers.
