OUT PATIENTS EATING DISORDER SERVICE

0.4 WTE Band 7 - Permanent Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist
This post is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, suitably experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and friendly team, delivering person centred interventions to this specialist client group. You will be based at Royal Cornhill Hospital as part of the Out Patient Eating Disorder Service.
You will operationally manage the day to day therapeutic interventions required to meet the needs of individuals referred to this service. The service provides support to individuals across NHS Grampian, Orkney and Shetland and accepts patients with eating disorders aged 18 and over. The team consists of a variety of professionals including Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychology and Dietetics and has close links to the In-Patient Eating Disorders Service which is also based in the Eden Unit.
You should be able to evidence experience in the above areas at band 6 level or above, along with a positive approach and interest in working in mental health with good organisational and problem solving skills. You will be supported by a network of like-minded colleagues and encouraged to develop your skills in this specialist area.
