Housekeepers are currently required for our busy Housekeeping department. You will be responsible for providing a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors to help reduce healthcare associated infections.
Previous housekeeping experience in an environment where customer care is a key requirement is essential as is knowledge of COSHH Infection control standards. The ability to work as part of a team together with knowledge of specialist health and safety requirements within operating theatre and an understanding of waste handling and dealing with spillages of blood and body fluids are vital.
EU Settlement Scheme
EU, EEA or Swiss nationals are strongly encouraged to join the EU Settlement Scheme prior to 30th June 2021. As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to produce proof of your EU Settlement status from 1st July 2021 to demonstrate your Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
Existing employees may be asked to provide evidence of their EU Settlement Status from 1st July 2021.
