An exciting position has become available within the University Hospital Crosshouse for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Care Team.
You will provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership within Acute Medicine. The Clinical Nurse Manager will ensure the objectives and quality standards of the Scotland’s National Quality Strategy and National Nursing and Midwifery Quality Assurance Framework are achieved.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will inspire, motivate and empower their nurses and wider health care teams to provide and continuously improve the delivery of safe, effective and person centered care for our patients and families. The post holder must be a registered nurse with significant experience in a recognized leadership position. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and importantly have a desire to develop and improve service.
