Fixed Term - 18 Months
There is an exciting opportunity to join our Patient Experience Team.
You will bring ambition, energy and enthusiasm to team with the focus on excellent attention to detail, strong IT systems and their application, including proficient use in excel. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.
You will be educated to degree level and have previous experience of the NHS or a customer focussed background ideally with a knowledge of the NHS Complaints Handling Procedure.
