Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, part time (28.5 hours per week) post based in Links Medical Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the medical needs of the patients of the practice by providing best practice in clinical care and management. The post holder will work closely with the medical and management team to develop and enhance the types and quality of services offered to patients in the local area.
Key Requirements:
- GMC registered medical practitioner
- Understanding of health inequalities
- Enthusiastic and evidence of commitment to:
- Patient-focused care
- Ability to work with and help motivate a team
- Ability to organise time efficiently and effectively
Links Medical Centre is an established training and teaching practice which benefits from attached district nursing team on site. They have an energetic and forward thinking nursing team and deliver long acting contraceptive services and joint injections. The surgery uses Vision/Docman, their current list size is 6500 and their QOF achievement has been excellent over the years.
