Working within the health visiting team, you will be expected to contribute to working with colleagues both from health and partner organisations to support families, provide the highest quality, needs led, evidence based care as delegated by the Health Visitor. The Health Visiting team includes; Team Leaders, Staff Nurses, Nursery Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and Dental Health Support Workers

We currently have a 37.5 hour Family Support Worker post in Pollokshaws. This post provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives and to work in a dynamic environment. We are committed to fully inducting our staff and to providing them with various training and shadowing opportunities. Training will be provided on the Triple P Parenting Programme for the worker to provide parenting support to families as directed by the Health Visitor.
The work pattern is Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
