We are now searching for a new General Manager – Hospital Paediatrics and Neonatology who will be responsible for the strategic and operational accountability for this key role and who will make a significant contribution to our future and support us in delivering our aspirations for Better Care, Better Health, Better Workplace and Better Value.

The General Manager will be accountable to the Director for the delegated management and control of resources within the service and will be responsible for delivering performance targets in accordance with local, regional, and national objectives specified to the Women & Children’s Services Sector and the Acute Operating Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an innovative and dynamic team providing Hospital Paediatrics & Neonatology Services at the Royal Hospital for Children and other hospital sites across Greater Glasgow & Clyde and to share our team values of high performance, excellent patient care, creativity and positivity and is excited for the opportunity to develop their skills within a dedicated and highly motivated team.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to work at pace across a range of complex services with already significant experience of working at a senior management/Board level in a large and complex NHS/Health and Social Care organisation.
