Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to appoint a Head of Primary Care and Older People’s Services, to lead an integrated service model in the delivery of high quality, person-centred care within Midlothian. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in the delivery of transformational change within the arena of Health and Social Care with an excellent understanding of how the integration agenda can bring about real change to the people of Midlothian. You will be highly motivated and bring commitment, enthusiasm and an in-depth knowledge of whole-system approaches to service improvement, service management and service transformation. The successful candidate will have senior management experience of working within a complex environment and a firm commitment to improving outcomes for people.
