Your main duties will be collecting blood samples by venepuncture and you will work within designated community bases and complete domiciliary visits on a daily basis. You will be expected to work without direct supervision and exercise initiative when providing patient care, however a trained nurse will be available for advice and guidance. You must hold and SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience (Phlebotomy module). You must have Phlebotomy experience and the ability to work with people and as part of team and demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal. The shift pattern will be worked between the hours is 8.30am - 4.30pm (Days/ hours to be agreed). The location for this post will be South and North West.
