As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects across the Strategic Planning (incl capital projects) and Finance Portfolios. As a forward thinking change professional, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to shape your projects; delivering short, medium and long term benefits, and developing an evidence base for future investment which ensures the organisation puts the patient at the heart of any decision.
You will be a key member of our team, working in a high performing, creative and supportive environment. An excellent communicator, you will work across a multi-disciplinary, multi-organisational network. This can be often an autonomous role where excellent problem-solving abilities, diplomacy and aptitude to provide innovation are key skills.

You should be educated to degree level with a high level of analytical skills and the ability to apply practical problem solving in a complex environment.
Significant demonstrable experience of designing and delivering across all project phases; initiation, design, implementation, transition, and support is essential, with a commitment to co-production.
You should have excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels, and negotiation and diplomacy skills which will help you to facilitate discussions and design and deliver the scale and pace of change required.
You will be expected to provide leadership to shape your projects, utilising knowledge, and insights from subject matter experts, and evidencing success through monitoring and evaluation.
Based in the centre of Edinburgh, but with travel across Lothian
