We are excited about recruiting likeminded, enthusiastic, innovative and motivated individuals into two vacancies within our team who are keen to see positive change in our Health and Social Care Partnership.
Working with a range of different people and organisations, you will be responsible for leading the development of long term, multi-organisational strategic plans and service plans as well as tenders and business cases.
These roles require a very high level of communication, change management, analytical and leadership skill. You will need to manage a complex and varied workload in order to effectively meet deadlines and manage the conflicting demands of the team.
Since the start of the pandemic our team have adapted really well to online meetings without it effecting the relationships and results of our work, therefore we are delighted to be able to offer interested parties a more flexible approach to home working including parties who may be interested in working out of area. There will still be however a commitment to do some office days including training and development days. The office base for the team is Mountainhall Treatment Centre in Dumfries.
