The post holder will undertake ward clerk, reception and support secretary duties across sites throughout Glasgow and Clyde. The post holder is responsible effectively co-ordinating all tasks associated with the referral, appointment, admission processes and the typing of patient correspondence reflecting the patient journey. The post holder is responsible for ensuring waiting times targets (TTG) are achieved.
