Healthcare Assistant - HMP Cornton Vale

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic health care assistant to join our primary care team within the health centre at HMPYOI Corntonvale, NHS Forth Valley.

The successful applicant will play an important role working collaboratively with trained nurses in developing primary care services focusing on chronic disease, pharmacy and general day to day health care issues within a challenging environment.

Having excellent communication skills, you must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as on your own initiative. You will be expected to work a flexible shift pattern (night shift is not required by this post).

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
