(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

We are looking for a part time Receptionist to support our Out Patient Clinics in our Out Patient Departments based at Vale of Leven Hospital.

The successful candidate will have two standard grades (including English) with a PC/Word Processing/Database qualification being desirable or relevant experience.  Essentially, you will have 1-2 years experience in an administrative role preferably working in a hospital or other public service.  Experience of working on a PC or use of a large database is desirable.

You should be organised and have good communication skills as well as being a good team player and able to work on your own initiative.   A flexible approach to work as well as being reliable with good attendance is required. 

This post is based at Vale of Leven Hospital and the shift pattern is Tues, Wed, Thurs
