Senior Infrastructure Analyst
2 Year Fixed Term

Salary:    Band 6 £30,401 to £38,046 plus £1,298.39 High Secure Environment Allowance per annum


Hours:    Full Time 37.5 Hours
    
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Infrastructure Analyst to work within the eHealth IM&T Infrastructure team at The State Hospital. The post holder will support Infrastructure hardware, software and users within The State Hospital. They will work in conjunction with the infrastructure team to manage and maintain MS Active Directory, Web Filtering, Network, Virtual and physical servers, SAN storage and data backup. The post holder will provide out of hours support as part of the team. They will also provide support to other Analysts as required. Applicants should have an enthusiastic approach, good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills within a team environment. The post holder will liaise with and advise key stakeholders at all levels within the Hospital. Experience in Dell Networks and storage would be advantageous.

    
Experience/Qualifications  -   You will have at least three years relevant experience and be educated to degree level. You should be able to demonstrate a wide area of knowledge of MS Active Directory, VMWare and Veeam. Formal training in the application of PRINCE2 methodology is also considered desirable and knowledge of the NHS would also be an advantage.
