The West of Scotland Innovation Hub is hosted by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and as a result of a growing portfolio of work is seeking a Project Lead with strong eHealth / Digital background.

You will work across a range of projects, reporting to the eHealth Innovation Programme Manager, and supporting the team’s Senior eHealth Project Leads.  The team works as part of a wider co-team with Research & Innovation leads, clinical leads and other West of Scotland Health Boards.  This group work in collaboration with academia, industry partners, innovators, clinicians, and health and social care bodies.  Visit our website https://www.woshealthinnovation.scot/ or follow us on Twitter @WoSInnovation for further details on our service and examples of recent successes and awards.

You should bring a background in IT project delivery, ideally including some experience of project management, business analysis, testing, systems implementation, working with suppliers, and working with wider IT operations teams to deliver services required to support projects.

You should be educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through significant practical experience; have experience delivering IT / digital projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and experience of working with suppliers and stakeholders.  Experience of working in IT applications implementations and systems integrations would also be advantageous.

The post is fixed-term for 2 years, full-time 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in Paisley at Smithhills Street, but travel between sites across the West of Scotland is required so a driving license is essential.
