Argyll and Bute Maternity services are looking to recruit a part-time Engagement and Participation worker to enhance and work alongside our team. The post will be based in Argyll and Bute and base will be negotiable, some travel may be involved . This new and exciting role will engage and participate with perinatal mental health project work within our HSCP and be a key link in community engagement within Maternity services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative individual who is able to work on a one to one basis, as well as be able to develop and co-ordinate focus and lived experience groups, working collaboratively with partners and colleagues to reach our population. It is vital to the role that you are able to retain close and effective links with local organisations and the local community.
Previous experience of working within Engagement & Participation role is preferred.
