We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of Resilience to act as an expert resource for NHS Fife, advising the Chief Executive, Director of Public Health and Senior Management Team on all civil contingencies matters and to ensure that the organisation’s plans and response capabilities enable effective joint working with other Category One Responders.
Leading on NHS Fifes emergency preparedness and business continuity planning across acute, primary and community care and lead/line manage the Resilience Team within Public Health.
You will be an educated to degree level in a health or related subject and SCQF level 11 e.g. master’s degree in a Resilience or risk management related subject.
We are looking for someone with clear understanding of how to lead and build strong relationships across Resilience Partnerships and you will have excellent communication skills. You will be able to respond to changing demands and deliver at pace. You will also have a key role in working with regional and national colleagues and have an appreciation of local and national policy and strategy. This is a new post and as such an ideal opportunity for someone to come join our team and build for the future.
