As a Domestic Assistant working within the Domestic Services team based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, you will undertake a variety of cleaning/housekeeping duties. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.

You should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment and be flexible in regard to areas worked within Woodland View (Adult Mental Health Wards) and Ayrshire Central Hospital and the North Clinics where priorities can change due to staffing and activity.

25 hours per week (8:00am-1:30pm, Monday to Friday). ​​​​​​​
