An immediate vacancy has arisen to join a busy GP Practice in the centre of Edinburgh for either a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or Phlebotomist
Flexible hours – 18 hours per week
- Salary dependent on experience
- It would be desirable to have evidence of having completed a recognised phlebotomy/venepuncture training programme and ideally having experience of working in a clinical/GP setting, however full training will be provided.
- The role remit for Phlebotomist involves collecting blood samples from patients.
- The role remit for HCA includes providing phlebotomy, blood pressure checks and wound dressings
- Must have the ability to work autonomously
- The successful candidate will be motivated and have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of our friendly team.
