Inverclyde HSCP is seeking to appoint a part-time Administrative Officer, Band 3 to join the Inverclyde Alcohol and Drugs Recovery Service based in Wellpark Centre, Greenock and to provide a comprehensive range of Administrative and Secretarial Services for the CORRA Project Co-ordinator and the CORRA foundation project. 

This is an exciting opportunity and you will work independently much of the time, managing calls, emails, the administration of patient clinics   and will be required to deal with referrals and enquiries and also support the generic functions and duties of the wider administrative team. You will also be responsible for record management, minute taking, data input, reception duties and general typing.

You must have experience of working with IT packages eg Microsoft Office and awareness of EMIS web would be desirable.

Hours to be Worked:   18.75
