The Oral Health Directorate comprises a single NHS GGC Board wide organisation structure incorporating – General Dental Services, Public Dental Services,
Secondary Care Dental Services, Dental Public Health, Oral Health Improvement, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Teaching and Training.
We are looking for an experienced PA to join our Administrative Support Team on a fixed term basis of 6 months, at our Directorate Offices based at Stobhill Hospital. The successful candidate will support the General Manager, Chief of Dentistry and other members of the Directorate Senior Management Team with comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. Duties will include diary maintenance, correspondence, minute taking, preparation and presentation of statistical information, processing of requisitions, assisting with preparation of payroll documentation and maintenance of personnel files when appropriate.You should possess good organisational and IT skills. A flexible approach to work is essential, as is the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of a busy working environment. You will have the ability to work to tight timescales with a high degree of accuracy.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business
Administration or have relevant administrative/secretarial experience in the NHS or asimilar working environment.
The shift pattern is; Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
