An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Extended Community Care Team based in Helensburgh. The successful candidate, will join a busy and highly motivated team and will provide clinical leadership to the Community OT service including interventions to Adults living in the local community, the assessment and provision of equipment and adaptations to support people to live as safely and independently as possible in their own homes.
The Integrated OT service in Helensburgh includes Community, Reablement and Hospital Discharge services and the successful candidate will work closely with all colleagues to provide leadership and managerial support resulting in a seamless and professional service to our community.
The post holder should be a motivated team worker with experience of Community working, to include assessing for and reviewing equipment and adaptations .
