NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde are looking to recruit a Telecoms Support Team Leader to join the E-Health Telecoms Team.
This is an exciting new role which will enhance and develop the telecoms support capability within the current telephony team.
The successful candidate will provide support to the current Telecoms Technical Support Manager and help to guide two new Telecoms Support Technicians as part of the Telecoms team. The candidate will have a good technical knowledge of the Avaya Communication Manager and portfolio of telecoms products and experience in leading a team in a Telecoms environment.
The candidate will work collaboratively with the wider Telecoms team and other key IT staff to provide advice and proactive support and resolve incidents and to offer projects support and guidance to meet changing demands.
An excellent communicator with significant previous demonstrable experience in a telecoms support role. The candidate will work as part of the Telecoms team to guide deliver and support services and to grow and develop appropriate knowledge of the Avaya solution to increase the team’s ability to manage our technology in house and to make best use of our feature rich platform to meet customer demands in a changing workplace.
The shift pattern is; Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00
