As a Health care Support Worker, based at Arran Medical Group Health Centres across the Isle of Arran, you will be providing a range of care and treatment services in our local GP practices and within the community to the whole island population.

You will deliver highly skilled, evidence informed nursing care to people in a primary care setting from across the age continum, including infants, children and young people, adults and older adults. You work as a partner with individuals, families and carers, anticipating health needs, promoting self care and self management, enabling individuals to be as healthy and independent as possible and providing support and care.

To meet the demands of the service, you will be required to live on the Isle of Arran.

Hours: 37.5 per week, although a flexibility on hours will be considered.
