NHS Forth Valley Performance Management Team ensures that the overall planned direction of NHS Forth Valley is directed to improve wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and improve healthcare while integrating this agenda with Local Authorities to ensure so that all parties dovetail with NHS plans and developments. Support the organisation in using appropriate and accurate data to inform and support performance management and improvement thereby ensuring performance management and improvement are integral to sound governance and delivery. Embed this approach within the organisation by supporting the use of data intelligence in the examination of performance, and the setting of targets and indicators to ensure delivery.
We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our growing Performance Management Team. As one of our Senior Information Analysts you will:
- Analyse and interpret complex data
- Use a wide range of data sources and powerful analytics tools to provide insight that supports better decision making
- Present complex data effectively through data visualisation techniques
- Communicate insights in a customer focussed environment
- Help core customers access and analyse our many data sets
- Compile and present important statistics to a wide audience, including NHS Forth Valley, Local Authorities, Scottish Government, other partner organisations, and the general public
