Band 5 - £26,104 to £32,915 per annum pro rata

We’re looking for an individual with a knowledge of National Standards and a background in person centred care planning within a care service. This role includes the efficient and effective day to day running of the Home, developing exceptional personalised service for every resident and their loved ones, management of all staff to develop their range of skills to provide high quality and person-centred care and developing positive working relations with external stakeholders.


Some specific skills you have will include: 

•supervisory and team leading skills

•effective communication skills

•performance management

•self-motivation and resilience

•understand regulatory requirements


Qualifications that you hold will include:

Minimum of SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent (minimum required for registration with SSSC).

Supervisory or management qualification containing supervision or management theory and practice suitable for a supervisor of a care service with a minimum of 15 credits at or above SCQF Level (required for SSSC registration)- or the willingness to undertake.
