Senior IT Support Analyst (Ref:062730)
37.5 hours per week, Permanent
£33,072 - £40,736 (Band 6 AfC)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join Healthcare Improvement Scotland and be part of the team delivering against an ambitious new digital strategy.
We are looking for the right person to support and develop our ICT infrastructure as we seek to improve how we use technology across the organisation. This could be the next step in your career and is an ideal development opportunity.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in service provision to a detailed technical level utilising a number of the technologies listed below and be able to lead on providing solutions to complex issues and have the ability to provide lead technical guidance on projects, changes and upgrades to the services.
Microsoft: MS DOS, PowerShell, Windows 10 OS, Office 2016/365, Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server, Windows 2008 SQL Server, Windows Terminal Services, Windows IIS, Windows Update server, System Centre Configuration Manager, Hyper V, Active Directory
Network: Dell SonicWall Firewall, Cisco switches
Backup: CommVault
Anti-virus: SOPHOS
Helpdesk: Service desk software experience
