We are looking for an organised individual to provide administrative support in collating and reporting NHS Tayside research activity onto the Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS- a UK-wide research database) and the Scottish Research Database Application (SReDA). You will act as the main contact point for incoming queries from Researchers, or other external bodies, relating to the use of the Portfolio, including providing support for recruitment uploading.
You will maintain a local database of study activity and will assist with regular reviews of study performance, including generation of reports to CSO and other bodies, supporting the development of action plans for failing studies, working with other departments as necessary. This post will be based in the Tayside Medical Science Centre (TASC) at Ninewells Hospital. The successful candidate will have a HND/Degree or equivalent and will have administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
