​​​​​​​Moray Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCM) has an exciting opportunity for a primary care pharmacist to be at the forefront of leading, developing and delivering primary care pharmacy services within HSCM at time of considerable change and opportunity for the pharmacy profession and for HSCM generally.

You will be responsible, for leading and managing the HSCP team of pharmacists and technicians including the continuing development and implementation of the GMS Pharmacotherapy service.

You will provide expert clinical and strategic advice on pharmaceutical matters at patient, practice, locality, HSCM and Grampian-wide levels, with the overall aim of ensuring safe, effective and appropriate use of medicines. 

 All candidates must have a pharmacy degree, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have a relevant post-graduate qualification. Candidates must have extensive clinical knowledge and experience and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including experience of mentoring / supervising staff. Experience of working in primary care is essential for this post. The post-holder must be a car owner and driver as there will be a requirement to work across various locations in Moray. The post is advertised as full time, however part time hours may be considered for a successful candidate. Moray is a beautiful part of Scotland which offers an excellent quality of life in a rural setting. It has plentiful outdoor pursuits, affordable housing and a strong sense of community.
