(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours. This is a fixed term post of 12 months
You will be part of a business support team who are required to provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to a multi-disciplinary clinical team, comprising, medical, psychotherapy, psychology, nursing and occupational therapy staff within child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in North East and North West Glasgow.
The post involves reception duties, audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, data input, record management, and mail duties. You need to have good typing, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be able to manage her / his daily workload, be reliable and enjoy being part of a busy team. Previous experience of working in an office environment and of office systems is essential. This may be through formal training or work experience. Previous experience of audio typing and working in the NHS would be an advantage.
