This is a Fixed term post of 12 months
We have a 37.5 hour post available based in Clydebank Health Centre and working across West Dunbartonshire HSCP; as all training will be ‘on the job’ this post would be suitable for a school leaver or young person, with relevant exam qualifications, looking to gain valuable workplace experience in this 12 month fixed term post.
You will provide effective admin support to the Community Admin Team providing efficient reception/clerical support to patients, medical and nursing staff, ensuring patient appointments for clinics are administered and processed accurately and timeously to ensure the smooth running of our health centres. The post holder will be required to work across the HSCP’s three health centres to ensure Community Admin provide comprehensive cover at all sites working within clearly defined protocols and procedures, adhering to policies, data protection and confidentiality.
After initial induction and on the job training, the post holder will work with minimum supervision (at times lone working) although guidance and assistance is available from line manager(s).
The shift pattern for this post is 7.5 hours per day over a rota covering mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends.
